IMPLEMENTATION

Put Emnaro to work around your agreed business process.

An Emnaro implementation should begin with a clear business requirement and a confirmed understanding of the available product environment. We help scope the setup, data preparation, user roles and adoption activities needed for the selected workflows. Capabilities and limitations are checked before they become part of a delivery commitment.

Translate requirements into a defined scope

We discuss the teams, information and handovers involved in your process. The discovery stage identifies which available applications or features can support those needs and where a different approach may be required. We record the expected outputs and acceptance criteria rather than relying on an assumption that every requested function is already available.

Prepare the configuration and starting data

The agreed scope can include workspace configuration, permissions, selected workflows and data preparation. Existing records are assessed before import or migration is planned. We define which information is authoritative, how exceptions will be handled and who approves the starting balances or operational data. Custom development and third-party integrations require their own feasibility assessment and scope.

Test, train and hand over

Users review the configured workflows against agreed scenarios in an appropriate test setting. Training focuses on their responsibilities and the steps they need to perform. Go-live follows a documented readiness decision, with support boundaries and unresolved issues visible. We do not promise a feature, integration, localisation or performance outcome that has not been confirmed for the project environment.

Frequently asked questions

Can we begin with only one workflow?

Yes. A phased approach can establish a workable starting point before additional requirements are considered.

What is included in the proposal?

The proposal identifies the selected scope, assumptions, client inputs, deliverables, fees and dependencies. Subscription charges and custom work are stated separately where applicable.
