IMPLEMENTATION

Build an Odoo setup your team can operate and maintain.

An Odoo implementation needs more than selecting applications. It requires agreement on the process, data, permissions and decisions that the system will support. We help scope and coordinate the configuration and adoption work for your selected version and edition, with deliverables tied to tested business requirements.

Make the design decisions explicit

We assess the existing workflow, selected applications and any local or custom requirements. Requirements should identify what users need to do, which outputs matter and who approves exceptions. Standard functions, third-party modules and custom development are considered separately. Official documentation is used to check the relevant product behaviour, while your environment determines the configuration that must be tested.

Treat data and permissions as core work

The plan can include agreed master-data preparation, role design, opening information and migration checks. We identify the source records and define how completeness will be assessed. Access should reflect actual responsibilities, not simply give every user the broadest role. Integrations require error handling, ownership and testing in addition to a successful initial connection.

Release with evidence and ownership

User acceptance covers agreed normal and exception scenarios. A cut-over plan defines the data freeze, final checks, approval and support arrangements. Handover records the configuration decisions and responsibility for future changes. Upgrades, ongoing hosting, licences and custom maintenance are included only where expressly agreed. No official Odoo partner status or guaranteed regulatory compliance is implied.

Frequently asked questions

Can you work on Community or Enterprise?

We assess the selected edition and required functionality during discovery. The scope must reflect what is available and licensed in your actual environment.

Can you take over an existing project?

A review is needed first to understand customisations, access, data quality and the evidence behind previous configuration decisions.
