TRAINING
Help your team use Emnaro with a clear purpose.
Successful software adoption depends on people understanding their responsibilities as well as the interface. Our Emnaro training is scoped around the workspace, applications and features available to your team. We confirm the live environment and the tasks to be covered before preparing a programme, so the training reflects what participants will actually use.
Start with roles and workflows
We discuss which staff need to enter information, review activity, approve work or read reports. The proposed session can address navigation, assigned workflows, data-quality expectations and the appropriate use of access permissions. Features are confirmed during discovery rather than assumed from a broad product description or an unverified release plan.
Practise in an appropriate environment
Demonstrations and exercises should use a test workspace or other approved setting. Participants work through agreed scenarios, identify common questions and learn when to request help. We distinguish a training issue from a configuration gap or a feature that is not available. Changes to production data or permissions require separate approval and are not an incidental part of a lesson.
Support adoption after the session
The agreed handover can include task guides, a role-based checklist and a record of questions that need follow-up. Implementation, data migration and custom development are separate activities unless included in the proposal. The programme is practical training provided by EM Corporate Consultant; no external accreditation, vendor certification or guaranteed feature coverage is implied.
Frequently asked questions
Can you train us before our setup is final?
An introductory session may be possible, but task-specific training is most useful once the relevant workflows and permissions have been agreed.
What should we send for scoping?
Describe the available workspace, participant roles and desired tasks. Do not send passwords or unrestricted access details with your first enquiry.
