TRAINING

Build confidence in the Zoho applications you use.

Zoho is a family of applications, so a useful training plan begins by identifying the exact products and workflows involved. We help teams learn the agreed tasks in their selected environment, with practical exercises and clear role boundaries. The programme is tailored to your configuration rather than assuming every organisation uses the same tools.

Define the products and learning goals

Tell us whether the requirement relates to Zoho Books, another Zoho application or a connected workflow. We review the edition, enabled features, permissions and existing process before agreeing coverage. The proposal identifies what will be demonstrated and what participants should be able to practise. Product subscriptions, regional availability and configuration can affect what is possible.

Connect entries to their consequences

For finance-focused sessions, the learning plan may examine how records move through an agreed workflow and what checks should follow. We use examples that make the relationship between source information, entries and review easier to understand. Any opening-balance or migration topic is treated carefully: the official Zoho Books guidance emphasises preparing and reconciling the starting information when moving from another system.

Make the handover practical

Participants can receive the agreed reference notes and exercises, together with a list of questions requiring further setup or review. Training does not automatically include data migration, custom automation or ongoing support. Any completion record is described as EM Corporate Consultant training, not as a Zoho professional certification. Vendor affiliation is not implied.

Frequently asked questions

Can different departments attend together?

A shared introduction may be helpful, followed by role-specific exercises. We agree the format around the differences in responsibilities and access.

Can we use a live account?

An approved test or demonstration environment is preferable. Any live activity requires explicit permission and appropriate safeguards.
